ABOUT

WHAT IS BREAKWATER SEMINARS?

Breakwater Seminars is an extension of the Casco Bay Study Club for aspiring young dentists focused on delivering excellence in comprehensive treatment planning. Drawing on resources from Spear, Seattle, and the International Team for Implantology Study Clubs, the group is steeply focused on interdisciplinary care from diagnosis to delivery. This bi-monthly seminar series is dedicated to the personal and professional growth of Maine dentists. We share the same philosophy on continuing education:

  • The most successful treatment outcomes result from total case management

  • The highest levels of comprehension are achieved through participation and interaction

  • A structured approach and supportive environment allows one to reach the greatest potential in dentistry

WHY YOU SHOULD JOIN breakwater seminars

As technology rapidly evolves, a difficult yet innovative future lies ahead for those in dental health care. We want to know how to meet and exceed the needs of this new landscape and the skills and knowledge necessary to do so.

Members of the Breakwater Seminars recognize that team-oriented treatment planning and total case management are the drivers for optimal patient care. We meet bi-monthly to review the latest technological advances and treatments and share new techniques and styles of serving patients. We also collaborate on challenging cases, so that our patients continually benefit from an interdisciplinary approach of like-minded dentists and specialists.

Achievement is talent plus preparation.
