Q: how do i become a member?

A: Please contact us. Membership is by invitation only.

Q:when does the academic year start and end?

A: The CBSC academic year begins in the fall and concludes in the spring.

Q: When does registration open and how do I register?

A: Registration will open in the beginning of August. Since membership is by invitation only, you will receive a password via email to access the registration tab.  From there, you will add the tuition to your cart and proceed to check out. A registration form will prompt you to answer mandatory questions during the checkout process. 

Q: is there a wait list? if so, how long until i can become a member?

A: Yes, there is a wait list. We strive to create the best learning environment and feel it becomes less personable with a larger group.  Space is also limited due to venue capacity.

q: if i become a member and decide this isn't for me, can i be reimbursed?

A: Yes, of course. Written notice of cancellation must be sent either by email or mail to the Casco Bay Study Club at 254 Western Avenue, South Portland, ME 04106. If you choose to terminate your membership before the first meeting of the year, you will be reimbursed the full amount of tuition paid.
